I treat emergencies as a priority. If your site displays errors, redirects to suspicious sites, or has been blocked by Google – call me immediately. I usually perform an initial diagnosis within 2-4 hours. After removing the virus, I secure the site so the problem doesn't return.
Why should I outsource server or website administration to a specialist?
For peace of mind. When an update breaks your site or the server stops responding, you have someone to take care of it immediately. Additionally, I implement security tools (Firewall, WAF) and automatic backups so your data is always safe.
How does billing work? Are there any hidden costs?
I play open cards. I usually charge a flat fee for virus removal and repairs – after an appraisal and your approval. For continuous technical support, you pay a monthly subscription. If you need a new website created, we set a Fixed Price.
Someone built my WordPress site or store poorly. Can you help fix it?
Of course. I take over problematic projects, fix bugs in the code, organize plugins, and speed up loading times. Instead of building everything from scratch, a thorough refactoring is often enough.
Do you still build new websites and online stores?
Yes. Although I specialize in rescue and administration, I am also happy to create ultra-fast static sites (in Astro) and scalable online stores (WooCommerce) from scratch. I focus on security and clean code.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Of course. I run a legal business entity in Poland. You will receive a 23% VAT invoice for every service.
