The human behind the terminal
My path into tech didn't start with a bootcamp or a dream entry in a university index. Despite an academic background at the Silesian University of Technology and a math-physics high school profile, I spent years working closely around optimized logistical systems. It was a hard, unfiltered collision with reality. Working in e-commerce and logistics taught me rigid procedures, documentation discipline, and process optimization — the absolute fundamentals without which no IT infrastructure can survive in the long run.
During my off-hours, I was always that classic, insatiable internet dinosaur who built his first virtual labs in the comfort of his home. Exchanging and compiling countless Linux distributions, wandering through bizarre configurations, and slowly turning chaotic homelabs into clean, containerized Docker instances.
Today, operating as a self-employed webmaster building fast VPS environments, I am seeking a stable, long-term position where I can provide measurable and structural improvements to existing operations as a Linux SysAdmin, DevOps engineer, or SOC analyst. I believe in simple and pragmatic solutions rooted in comprehensive documentation, architectures built through trial and error, and a highly transparent approach to cybersecurity — build-it-to-learn-it.
Off the clock
"Outside of terminal hours, I'm an internet dinosaur from the 2000s who never fully accepted that the web stopped being a wild adventure. I read literature that asks unanswerable questions — Simmons, King, Gibson. I listen to music that sounds like rain on dirty factory windows — 80s post-punk and new wave. I play games that have narrative weight and consequences — mostly Fallout and World of Warcraft. I believe a configuration file can be a work of art, provided it's composed well."
